Packages aren’t just shipped — they are teleported.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Teleported JA. By using our shipping and logistics services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

We offer international and local logistics services including air freight, sea freight, package consolidation, and import handling. Shipping schedules may change without notice.

3. Rates, Duties, and Charges

Shipping costs are based on weight, size, destination, and method. The current advertised rate is JMD $650 per pound. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.

4. Prohibited and Restricted Items

Illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, and prohibited goods are not accepted. Non-compliant shipments may be refused, delayed, or disposed of.

5. Customs and Documentation

All shipments are subject to customs inspection. Accurate descriptions, values, and invoices must be provided. Penalties caused by incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7. Liability and Insurance

Liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment. Insurance is recommended for high-value items.

8. Loss or Damage Claims

Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt with supporting documentation.

9. Payment and Storage

All charges must be paid before goods are released or delivered. Unpaid or uncollected items may incur storage or disposal fees.
